LISSR’s mission is to find each sheltie a loving forever home where they will enjoy life to its fullest. Unfortunately, some of our rescues arrive at our door with medical or social conditions that prolong their stay in rescue or make adoption impossible. We never turn our back on even the most desperate cases; instead, we strive to provide them the best and most loving care possible in foster homes. Sadly, while we have an inexhaustible amount of love to share, money is often in short supply.
LISSR asks those of you who cannot bring a pet into your homes or pet owners whose homes are already filled with dogs and cats to please consider sponsoring one of our long-term animals. Sponsorship can be a one-time donation or a monthly one. Either way, you will be helping LISSR provide for lovable shelties that can really use your support.
